Funeral service for Bro. Ralph E. Driskell "O'Kelly", 63, will be on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Titus Roberson officiating. Bro. Driskell passed away on December 23, 2016. Bro. Driskell's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Bro. Driskell graduated from Cobb High School in 1972, also attended Gadsden State, Jacksonville State University and New World Business College. He served 15 years at Ft. McClellan Army Base as Computer Operator and Analyst. He was the voice of gospel radio for 44 years at various stations, he was a member of The Pride of Brutonville Lodge #308, Prince Hall, Royal Arch. Survivors include his fiancé', Roxanne Teague; his children, Bioncia (Quincy) Beard, Takisha (Demetrius) Driskell, Tycoma (Regina) Smith, Carshena (Curtis) Kirksey, Catrina Harris, Ralph (Tikela) Driskell III, Gregory (Jessica) Driskell; sisters, Wilma J. Cooley, Carla Driskell, Jacqueline Bell, Linda West, Rachel Hughes; 16 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, his extended Glover family, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded by his parents, Wilbur and Alberta Driskell; his wife, Phyllis Driskell; siblings, Deborah Driskell, Gregory Driskell; grandparents; granddaughter, Jasmin Brown.
