Funeral service for Ralph Gary Nance, 57, will be Friday, May 23,2014, 11 a.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. The Rev. Matthew Morrison will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Nance Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Nance passed away on Tuesday at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Stacy Nance; son, Adam Jacob Nance; daughter, Amy Rebecca Nance (Justin); granddaughter, Ansley Grace Goldthwaite; brothers, Dennis Allen Nance (Debbie), Larry James Nance; sisters, Anita Tuders (Randy), Rita Doss (Jerry); several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Kerry Coppock, Joey Coppock, Dean Arrington, Colton Doss, Colton Coppock and Jimmy Thomason. Mr. Nance was a resident of Ohatchee and a graduate of Ohatchee High School. He was a member of Oak Bowery Baptist Church. Mr. Nance was employed at the Anniston Army Depot.
