Ralph Howard, 73, of Anniston, Ala. passed away February 8, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center Birmingham, Ala. Service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, 2 p.m. at Iron City Baptist Church. The Rev. Barry Howard and Rev. Cody Hale will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Iron City Cemetery. Mr. Howard will lie in state at the church from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:30-8 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Ann Howard; son, Brent Howard (Melinda); daughters, Kelly Lomax (Tim), Kristy Hayes (Steve); son, Casey Rosamond (Shay); daughter, Nikki Rinehard (Brian); 11 grandchildren; sister, Mildred Schrimsher; brothers, Laymond Howard, Raymond Howard, Edward Howard; sister, Lois Jones. Pallbearers will be Gary Aderholt, Frankie Jennings, Stan Jones, John David Howard, Michael Howard, and Scott Howard. Mr. Howard was a resident of Anniston and was a member of Iron City Baptist Church. He was parts man for Parts and Equipment until they sold to Car Quest and he was then the manager there till he retired with 42 years of service. Mr. Howard was preceded in death by parents, Evie Dean Howard and Robert Franklin Howard; sisters, Ann Aderholt, Sue Jennings, brothers, Cecil Howard and Alvin Howard; a nephew Keith Howard. Mr. Howard was a soft spoken man that loved his family dearly and love his church. Mr. Howard was an Avid Alabama Fan.
