Funeral service for Reathie Mae Hopper Jenkins, 86, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Dr. Larry Bowers officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at funeral home. Mrs. Jenkins died Sunday, August 23, 2015, in Crestview, Florida. Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy N. Higgins, of Crestview, Fla.; sons, Dewey N. Jenkins, Tony R. Jenkins and Kenneth O. Jenkins, all of Wellington; grandchildren, Steve Watts, Skyler Higgins, Michelle Finley (Joey), Mark Jenkins, Selena Dulin (Kevin), Matt Jenkins, Candy Johnston (Jonathon), Carissa Murray (Derik), Jennifer Jenkins, Della Mae Mitchell; and many great-grandchildren. Mrs. Jenkins is preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Dewey E. Jenkins. Pallbearers will be Joey Finley, Mark Jenkins, Matt Jenkins, Jonathan Johnston, Kevin Dulin, Adam Myrick, Granvel Reid and Wayne Goode. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Howard, Vester Tucker, Gary Hopper and Wendell Reid. Mrs. Jenkins lived a full life and brought happiness and love to everyone she came in contact with.
