Funeral service for Rebecca Ann McCartney Haynie, 71 will be 2:30 pm, Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at Gray Brown-Service with Rev. Leslee Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Survivors include his son, Tim Haynie (Melissa); grandsons, Dallas Haynie, Blake Haynie, Brett Haynie, Elliot Reedy (Haley), Seth Reedy (Taylor); great granddaughters, Sierra Haynie and Sadie Lynn Reedy; brothers, Richard McCartney (Irene), and Charles McCartney (Dale). Mrs. Haynie is preceded in death by her parents, James McCartney, Mary Elizabeth McCartney; brother, James (Jabo) McCartney; sister, Violet (Sue) Hathorn. Pallbearers will be Mike McCartney and grandsons. Mrs. Haynie was a lifelong resident of Anniston and retired from Blue Mountain Industries.
