Ms. Rebecca Carol Biggers McNeese, 65, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015. Ms. McNeese was born in Cleburne County May 6, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Orland Biggers and the late Ruth Otilla Wiliams Biggers. Ms. Biggers was a retired Para-Pro Cleburne County High School. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Aaron Biggers. Survivors include four sons and three daughters-in-law, David McNeese, Jake and Starr McNeese and Drew and Clarice McNeese, all of Muscadine and Chris and Kerri McNeese, of Bremen; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Rodney Clegg, of Heflin, Polly and Sherrill Smith and Denise and Rodney Skinner, all of Muscadine; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Clovis Biggers, of Heflin, Garvis and Betty Biggers and Mickey and Cindy Biggers, all of Muscadine; seven grandchildren, Braiden Muller, Cade McNeese, Drew McNeese, Luke McNeese, Dillon McNeese, Brooke Buffington and MacKenzie McNeese and a number of other relatives. The family will conduct a memorial service Saturday, May 23, 2015, at 2 p.m. (Ga. time) from Camp Ground United Methodist Church in Muscadine with Pastor Tracy Mayfield and Mr. Jake McNeese officiating.
