Carrollton, GA - Funeral services for Mr. Robert Ford McCollough of Carrollton, Ga., will be 11 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Anniston with Pastor Ross Reed Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Dogwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Oxford. Visitation will be today from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Goodson Funeral Home directing. Survivors include nine children, Bennie (Jean) McCollough (five children), of Kalamazoo, Mich., Lucille McCollough (eight children), of Kalamazoo, Mich.; Pearl McCollough (four children), of Bloomfield, N.J., Bobby McCollough (nine children), of Kalamazoo Mich., Barbara White - McCollough (three children), of Maywood Ill., Floyd (Stephanie) Ranson (two children) of Jackson Tenn., Deborah Ranson Herring (two children), of Lithia Springs, Ga.; Chris Ranson (three children), of Carrollton, Ga. and Nick Ranson (one child), of Carrollton, Ga.; a host of grandchildren; great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; three siblings; two brothers, John (Jetti) McCollough and Amos McCollough and one sister, Susie McRath, all of Anniston; two sisters-in-law, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends to embrace his memories as well. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Zettie McCollough; two sisters, Shelly McCollough and Nettie Sneed; two brothers, David McCollough and Wortham McCollough also a son, Robert Jenkins (eight children); two grandsons, Tyson McCollough and Shauntay McCollough.
