Anniston - Funeral services for Roy Kelley, 77, of Anniston, will be 3 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Gray Brown-Service Chapel with Pastor Eric Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Plum Springs Cemetery in Eastaboga. The family will receive friends from 6-8 tonight at the funeral home. Mr. Kelley passed away Monday. Survivors include his daughters, Dr. Donna Goode (Bill), of New Hope and Valerie Cotton Hearn (James), of Anniston; grandsons, Blake Cotton (Anna Cook) and Aaron Cotton, both of Anniston; granddaughters, Nancijane Goode, of New Hope and Beth Hearn, of Jacksonville; great-grandchildren, Skyla Morgan and Luke Cotton; brothers, Norman Kelley, Donnie Kelley and Phil Kelley, all of Anniston. Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Nancy Jane Haynes Kelley; sister, Mildred Tubbs and brothers, Ivan Cole, Frank Kelley, Gene Kelley and Joe Kelley. Pallbearers will be Blake Cotton, Aaron Cotton, Anthony Cotton, Bobby Kelley, David Kelley and Kevin Kelley. Mr. Kelley retired after 22 years from Blue Mountain Industries and was a Korean War Veteran of the Army Airborne Division. He was known as a daddy and granddaddy to all.
