Mr. Roy Wesley Kelley, 73, died on Friday, February 10, 2017, at the Regional Medical Center in Anniston. Mr. Kelley was born on March 1, 1943 to the late John P. and Ellen Knox Kelley. He was a Retired Alabama State Trooper. He is survived by his daughters, Dorita Lynne (Bobby) Kelley, of Wellington and Tawana (Jimmie) Parrish, of Clanton; son, Thomas B. Kelley, of Clanton; grandchildren, Heath Thompson, Jeffrey (Ashley) Thompson, Hunter Kelley, Dakota Kelley, Johnathan (Kyla) Kelley, Joey Kelley and Katy Kelley; six great-grandchildren; brother, James (Amy) Kelley, of Anniston; a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorita Gay Knight Kelley and his brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be today, February 14, 2017, at 11 a.m. from the Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery with Honors provided by the Alabama State Troopers. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at Martin Funeral Home.
