Visitation for Ruby Mount, 88, will be tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. The family will hold a private graveside on Saturday at Plum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be holding a celebration of life for Mrs. Mount on Saturday at 12 p.m. at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Survivors include her daughters, M. Marie Higgie, of New York and Sarah Bolt (Kenneth); sons, Jerry Mount (Ann) and James Mount; brother, Howard Winton (Linda); sister-in-law, Mary Winton; grandchildren, Patty Foster (Jim), Tonya Coley, Barbara Rifanberg (Mark), Donna Higgie, Brian Mount, Jeff Bolt, Anthony Mount (f), Tina Cary (Jason) and Julia Bullock (Jordan); eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Noel Briand. Deceased is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Johnie H. Mount; special brother, Edward Winton and three other brothers and four sisters. Mrs. Mount was a very patriotic woman who loved her family and her God. She was a mother to many and a friend to all.
