Mrs. Sharon Bloodworth, 71, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Noland Healthcare at Anniston RMC. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2018 at K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jacksonville. The service will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Lyle Holland officiating. A private burial will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2017 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Bloodworth was preceded in death by her husband, Dale G. Bloodworth Sr.; a stepson, Michael Bloodworth; her parents, John and Dorothy Becker, and a brother, John Michael Becker. She was a longtime member of Jacksonville First United Methodist Church and a member of Goldwing Road Riders Association Chapter D. Survivors include, daughter, Shelley Mathews; sons, Dale G. Bloodworth Jr. (Wendy) and Eric L. Mathews (Angie); daughter-in-law, Billie Bloodworth; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Schilling (Chet); brothers, Patrick Becker (Sandy) and Jim Becker (Brenda), and many nieces and nephews.
