Funeral service for Mr. Sylvester "Bobo" Hendricks, 62, will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016, at 2 p.m. at The Greater Thankful Baptist Church, the Rev. Byron A. Jackson, Pastor with the Rev. Aaron McKinnis officiating. Burial will follow in Anniston Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. Public viewing will be held today from 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Goodson Funeral Home directing. Survivors included wife, Barbara Hendricks; daughter, Monica (Britt) Gardes, of Phoenix Ariz.; son, Aaron Hendricks, of Anniston; adopted son, Clinton (Andrea) Moon, of Munford; four grandchildren, Te'a, Xavier, and Urijah, of Phoenix Ariz., Sofia, of Munford; two sisters, Ms. Francella (Melvin) Mc Clurkin and Ms. Cynthia D. Cliatt, both of Anniston; one brother, Michael J. (Michelle) Hendricks, of Jacksonville; two devoted aunts, Katie Hendricks, of Roanoke and Bessie Dunson, of Anniston, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
