Memorial service for Ms. Teressa Kittle Yates, 49, will be Saturday, June 17, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. A memorial service will also be held on the same day in Central Park in New York by family members who live in New York. She is survived by her sister, Lynn Arnold. of Anniston; her brother, John Kittle, of New York, as well as a host of loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Betty Kittle; her husband, Steven Yates; niece, Gena Whitt, and nephew, Clay Arnold. She graduated from Jacksonville State University with honors, and was a school teacher at Oxford, Saks and Talladega County schools. Teressa loved reading, Central Park in New York, Alabama football, and spending time with her many friends. Her loving smile and personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family would especially like to thank Dr. V.M. Reddy. of Anniston, and Dr. Marianthe Grammas. at UAB.
