Funeral service for Terry Tyus, Sr., 66, will be on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Greater Thankful Baptist Church where the Rev. Byron Jackson is pastor, with the Rev. P.Q. English officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mr. Tyus passed away on March 24, 2017. Mr. Tyus's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Mr. Tyus was last employed at M&H Value, he was a founder member of the Easy Riders Motorcycle Club. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Christian Tyus; children: Sequoyah (Rodney) Zellars, RoShunda (Harold) Allen, Terry Tyus Jr. and Terris D. (Annyanna) Culver; grandchildren, Marterrious Alexander, Xiomaria Allen, Xiobrenzia Tyus, Rodnecia Zellars, Rodshad Zellars, Valerie Ellison Tyus, Jai'Yanna Culver, and Xioquoria Lee; great-granddaughter: Xy'Annah Isaac; sister, Brenda (Paul) Zeigler; in-laws, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie James and Matilda Motley Tyus; siblings, Willie Bell Marshall, Patricia Ann Bolton, Ralph Tyus and Hullon Tyus. Anniston Funeral Service Rev.
