Funeral services for Tina Hanner, 58, will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at 12 p.m. at the Benefield Funeral Chapel with Sister Carolyn Hanner officiating. Burial will follow at Highway Congregational Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends, at the funeral home, from 5-8 p.m. this evening. Mrs. Hanner passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016, at her residence. Survivors include her husband, Danny Hanner, of Woodland; five daughters, Melissa Deaton (George), of Woodland, Jennifer Culp (Corey), of Virginia Beach, Va; Brandy Howell (Shane), Danielle Powell (Scott), and Crystal Baldwin (Jason), all of Woodland; one son, David Macheel (Jennifer) of Chattanooga, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and three brothers, Jimmy Spears of Fairbanks, Alaska, Russell Spears and James Spears, both of Munford. A long-time Randolph County resident, Mrs. Hanner was born on June 5, 1958, the daughter of J.D. and Marie Singleton Spears. She was a member of Woodland Church of God.
