Funeral service for Virginia Parker, 87, "Dinah" will be on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Parker Memorial Baptist Church, Eastaboga, where the Rev. Anthony Anderson, pastor, the Rev. Dr. LL Jacobs, eulogist. Interment will follow in Anniston Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Parker passed away on February 25, 2016. A wake will be this evening 4 - 6 p.m. at the Anniston Funeral Service Outreach Ministry. Mrs. Parker's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service. Survivors include her children, Larry Parker, Melvin (Mattie) Parker, Toney Parker, Jimmy (Brenda) Parker, Julia Parker, Vassar (Leslie) Anderson, Avis (LC) Jackson; sister-in-laws, Minnie Mae Hines, Yvonne Montgomery and Leola Terry; 21 grandchildren; 25 great- grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Judy Montgomery; her husband, Jocob Isaac Parker; daughter, Rose Marie; great-grandchild, Christian; siblings, Ellen Wilson, Carrie Threatt, Eunice Woods, Ollie Jacobs, Riley, Leonard, John L.
