Wallace "Bub" Garmon, 71, died on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel in Jacksonville Friday, October 17, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Peggy Garmon, of Jacksonville; two daughters, Terri (Randall) Fields, of Heflin and Deborah (Ray) Hamilton, of White Plains; five grandchildren, Amanda (Ryan) Biggers, Evan (Brittany) Fields, Aaron Fields, Carli Hamilton and Adam Hamilton; five great grandchildren, Canaan Spurlin, Gracie Biggers, Zach Biggers, Parker Fields and Landry Greene; one brother George (Linda) Garmon, of White Plains; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Garmon was of the Baptist faith and will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Alfred and Geneva Hester Garmon; brother, Edward Garmon.
