Wanda Kay Boozer Spears, 60, left her earthy home Friday, February 12, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother (Nonna), niece, aunt, cousin and friend. She is survived by her daughters, Tara Bradberry (Eric) and Sara Spears; grandson, Jeremy Smith; mother, Helen Boozer; brothers, Jeff Boozer and Steve Boozer; aunts, Mary Blair and Marie Pyle; many cousins and her granddogs, Bubby and Carl. She is preceded in death by her daddy, John Boozer; grandparents, Troy and Lucille Brown and Mildred Garrett. A celebration of life for Kay will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2016, in the Event Center at Miller Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends after the service.
