Funeral service for Mr. William 'Don' Reynolds, 80, of Anniston, will be Wednesday, May 6 at 2 p.m. at Coldwater Baptist Church with the Rev. Pete Frames and the Rev. Clint Vaughn officiating. Music will be provided by Rick Harris, Tony Harris, Joyce Walls, and Peggy Ginn. Entombment will follow at Forestlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on today May 5, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Coldwater Baptist Church. God called Don Home on May 2, 2015. Don is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Martha Jean Tidmore Reynolds; three sons, Paul Reynolds, Wayne Reynolds and wife Regina, David Reynolds; brother, Herman Reynolds; sister-in-law, Vadine Weaver; four grandchildren, Nicole and Bryan Korreckt, Tony and Shane Harris, Brittany and Chase Harris, Adam Reynolds, of the U.S. Navy, Kayla Lecroy; two great-grandchildren, Kade Korreckt and Kason Korreckt; and one great-grand-daughter, on the way, Elsie Caroline Harris. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Odis and Mary Elizabeth Rathburn Reynolds; the only mother he ever knew, Pearl (Jones) Reynolds; brothers, James and Opel Reynolds, JB Reynolds, Jack Truman Reynolds and Bobbi Faye Reynolds. Don was an active member of Coldwater Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He retired from the Anniston Army Depot with 35 years of service. He was a Korea War Veteran and a life member of Disabled Americans (DAV) Union 1945. Don liked to garden, hunt, fish, and most of all, witness for his Savior, Jesus Christ. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Bryan Korreckt, Shane Harris, Chase Harris, Adam Reynolds; deacons, Wayne Evans, Eddie Nunnley, Kevin Ginn, Alton Jones and Andy Mullinax. Honorary pallbearers will be Don's Sunday School Class and Donald Smith. The family would like to give a special "thank you" to Alabama Hospice and Denise Jones for the special care they provided. Don requests no flowers and asks that donations be made to Coldwater Baptist Church or Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
