A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Willie Kellum, 85, of Oxford, formerly of Clay County, will be Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 3 p.m. at the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Cragford with the Rev. Allen Jenks officiating. Mrs. Kellum passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Anniston. A native of Clay County, she settled in the Oxford area in 1962. Mrs. Kellum worked for over 40 years in the garment industry at sewing plants in Cleburne and Calhoun county. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Oxford and enjoyed making clothes and reading books. Mrs. Kellum is survived by her son, Ronnie Kellum, of Oxford; two sisters, Marge Tinney and Marie Conville, both of Ashland. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Clark and Vernie Sargent Clark. Friends and family members will serve as pallbearers. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
