Funeral service for Minister Willie Pearl Adair, 78, will be on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at 1 p.m. at New Life Christian Center, where Bishop F.R. Traylor, pastor, Chief Apostle W.T. Traylor, officiating. Interment will follow in Simmons Cemetery. Mrs. Adair's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to her service. Mrs. Adair passed away on February 26, 2015 at Lineville Health and Rehabilitation. Survivors include her children, Lessie (Gerald) Adair, of Lineville, Sara J. Adair, Minister Teresa (Millier James Sr) Pearson, Minister Debbie (Jimmie), of Houston, Texas, Farrah (Marcos) Castro, all of Ashland, Roger Ballard Sr., of Opelika, Cecil Adair, of Mobile; grandchildren, Jessica, Kizzie, LaToya, Kendra, Dianna, Minsi, Chris, Daniel, Deanothy, Miller Jr., Devante, Cecil Jr., Octavius, Roger Jr.; 18 great-grandchildren; adopted daughter, Juana Castro; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents,Howard Lewis and Estell Ballard; her husband, Deacon Lenbird Adair; children, Linberg Adair Jr., Doris Finley; grandchildren, Abraham Hicks, Jacobe Pearson and Latreasa Brown.
