Funeral service for Mr. Grady Hunter, 81, of Lincoln, will be 3 p.m., Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. tonight at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary and one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Mr. Hunter died Friday, July 16, 2010 at RMC. Survivors include his son, Grady E. Hunter (Pam) of Ohatchee; daughters, Shirley Key of Jacksonville, FL and Bonnie Walker of Lincoln; sister, Geraldine Beecham (Frank) of White Plains; nine grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Hunter is preceded in death by his wife, Edna Hunter. Pallbearers will be Donnie Walker, Ben Freeman, Anthony Gomez, Joe Woodrow, Kenneth Hester and Matt Munn. Mr. Hunter was an avid fisherman, a retired auto mechanic and was a deacon at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
