Godspeed "Bobby" and thank you for the music memories, and one of the anthems of my youth, and beyond, "You're the Reason". Unforgettable.

I have fond memories of Bobby, my Brother James (Bud) Gilbert and I spoke of Bobby often. I remember when he use to come to our house to play my big old Gibson guitar and sing. . Bobby was very talented. The last time I saw him was at my brother funeral in Anniston William Gilbert. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.

My dear sweet Uncle Bob, you will truly be missed on earth but we rejoice knowing that your name was in the Lamb's Book of Life and you are there with my dad, Jack and several of the other Bryant family. No more suffering for you - you are home eternally and I will meet you one day.

Our family is so sad to hear of the passing of our dear great friend Bobby. He was such an inspiration to me as a young singer in the sixties and a great friend to our family through the years. He would sometimes come to visit us when he was home and we often went to visit he and Polly in their home in Nashville. My dad Lonnie Dikeman and I used to go out to their home in Anniston and visit him after he began singing Gospel music. I know my dad was one of the first people to greet him in Heaven. What a wonderful man and a great legacy he leaves behind! We love you Bobby! Deloras (Lori Dee) Dikeman Drew, Edna Dikeman.
