I came to know Norm over the last two years through my association with the Surf City Taxpayers Association, where we both served on the Board. Norm was a brilliant man, a kind man and had his own inimitable way of getting things done. He has made important contributions to improving the quality of life here in Surf City and on LBI.
On a personal level, I loved being around Norm...he made whatever he was talking about more interesting. His charm, wit and intelligence made me an instant fan.
My deepest sympathies go out to Flori and to the rest of Norm's family and all the people he touched in his life. I'm proud to say I was one of those people.

Our deepest sympathy to Flori and family. I met Norm last year at Michael's birthday and got to enjoy his company at our home for dinner in December. He was such a gracious, well-spoken and kind-hearted man. I have heard so many wonderful stories from Michael and Danielle that I felt I knew him a lifetime. He will be missed dearly. Our prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. May the memories of times shared with Norm comfort you all today and always. Chris, Danielle & Stephanie DeNigris.
