It has been many years since I've seen my cousin Carl, but I remember him fondly. When my mother (now age 85) was going to fly for the first time, she was quite nervous. I remember her asking Carl, then a captain for American Airlines, if he was ever afraid to fly. He replied "Every time!". Loved his honesty! Rest in peace, Carl.

We were both very shocked and sad to hear of Carl's "Passing" so near to the anniversary of his Mom's passing. Both of us will miss our chats on Life here and in the Air Force, as well as his jokes.

Growing up in Sergeantsville and attending school with Carl I have very fond memories of his sense of humor and a great all-around guy. Unfortunately it's been years since seeing him but I heard he had recently purchased property near where we grew up. My sincere sympathy to the family and friends who have enjoyed him for so many years. May you find comfort in the memories that will continue to live in your hearts.
