William Forbes, 69, of Asbury Park, died Friday at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley Gresham Forbes; his children, Tracy Crudup and husband Tommy Crudup; Carrina Wilson and husband Kevin Wilson; Alicia Forbes, Renee Forbes, and William (Kerry) Forbes; 15 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, his sisters, Brenda LaCroix, Jean Davis, Gloria Davis, Selena Thomas and husband Alfred, and Letetia Collier and husband Anthony Collier; and his brother, George Cleveland Forbes and wife Glenda Forbes.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
