From whisking my young son away and treating him like a prince for hours (giving him his first chocolate milk) to making my family welcome at the Giersback fourth of July extravaganzas with Judy's groaning board, I will never forget Judy's kindnesses and favors. She was a true noble spirit.

We were so blessed to be next door neighbors to Judy and Walt in Bethel, CT. Judy and I often shared a cup of tea and I was always discovering her many talents. She was an angel here on earth and brightened the lives of so many people. Walt, you and your lovely family are in our hearts and prayers.

Hello Walt, I am so surprised and saddened to hear of Judy's passing. I shall continue to think of her in the present tense because I know that she rests now in God's presence. She is a treasure! I have such pleasant memories of spending special hours in the Giersbach home while Lee and I were serving the UCC church in Toms River. My memories always recall that she is a warm and welcoming soul who always made us feel happy to be in her home.
