Kondrup Jr., Adolph E. - 84, Rumson  
Adolph E. Kondrup, Jr. AGE: 84 • Rumson Adolph E. Kondrup, Jr., 84, of Rumson, NJ, died on May 28, 2016. He was born on September 18, 1931 in Middletown, NJ to the late Adolph E. Kondrup and Loretta Brister Kondrup. He graduated from Rumson High School in 1949, then did construction work before being drafted in to the Army in 1952, at which time he had the highest IQ in the whole company. He was also nominated to be part of the Honor Guard. Adolph then went to work for Bendix Corp. in Holmdel, then when they closed, he worked for Reynold's Aluminum Co. as a machinist until he retired in 1985. He was an excellent bowler as well as golfer and loved his NY Giants. He also played the guitar and banjo and sang at so many family affairs, he also wrote a lot of songs. His wife Carmen died in 1975. Surviving are his sister, Grace Kondrup of Rumson, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins who adore him. A special thank you to the whole staff at Arnold Walter Rehab Center in Hazlet which treated him with such good care and dignity. Also, a special thank you to our nieces Joanne Kondrup and Tina Nolan who stood by us the whole time. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, June 2 at 10 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Mioduszewski, Stella C. - 97, South River  
Stella C. Mioduszewski AGE: 97 • South River Stella C. Mioduszewski, age 97, of South River, passed away Saturday May 28th at the Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. Born in Sayreville she would later move to South River. Before her retirement she was part owner and operator of the Milltown Lunchette in Milltown. Stella is predeceased by her parents Stanley and Alice Modzelewski, her brother and sister Alfred and Natalie, her husband Alexander, her son Raymond and her grandson Michael. Surviving is her son and daughter in law Allen and Marie Mioduszewski, her daughter in law Patricia, her brother Chester and her sister Ronnie and granddaughter Sandra and great-granddaughter Taylor. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 9am at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church in South River with a burial at Saint Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery in Sayreville. Nejmann, Elisabeth - 104, Parlin  
Elisabeth Nejmann AGE: 104 • Parlin Elisabeth Nejmann, age 104 of Parlin, passed away Sunday May 29th, 2016 at Venetian Care Center in South Amboy. She led a full and awe inspiring life, she was strong and had wonderful stories to talk about. Born in Vienna Austria she lived in Poland during the war and worked in a circus as a tight rope walker with her brothers that her father owned. She then later moved back to her country of birth. When she came to America she had fallen in love with it. Before her retirement, Elisabeth worked as a seamstress for Milberg Studios in Manhattan. She is predeceased by her parents Carl and Elisabeth Nejmann, her niece Edith Armada, and her brothers Stephen and Carl Nejmann. Surviving is her niece Hedwig Zervos, her great nephews Stephen and Chris Armada, her great nieces Nomeki Glasstein, Edie Reisenberg A memorial service for Elisabeth will take place July at the Atlantic View Cemetery in Manasquan, New Jersey.

Niziolek Sr., Richard Paul - 73, Parlin  
Richard Paul Niziolek, Sr. AGE: 73 • Parlin Richard Paul Niziolek, Sr., age 73 of Parlin passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Bayshore Healthcare Center in Holmdel Township surrounded by his loving family. Born in Elizabeth he has resided in Parlin for the past 30 years. After graduating from Roselle High School Mr. Niziolek became a proud member of the US Army Reserves during the Vietnam War. Richard was an integral part of Aircraft Maintenance during his service time. Before his retirement in 2005 Richard was employed as a Senior Service Technician with Elizabeth Town Gas Company in Union for many years. He is predeceased by his parents Paul & Mary (Dylong) Niziolek and his brother Leopold. Surviving is his loving wife of 47 years, Barbara (Brennan) of Parlin; his children and their spouses Richard & Stefanie of Tom's River and Kathrine & Michael DeCandia of Brick; his brother and wife Thomas & Linda of Milltown; sister-in-law Stephanie of Brick; and his beloved granddaughter Julianna as well as many cousins, nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin followed by a 9:30am Mass at Our Lady of Victories RC Church with entombment to follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia. Bambina "Betty" Olszewski AGE: 90 • Laurence Harbor Bambina "Betty" Olszewski, 90, of Laurence Harbor, passed away, Friday, May 27, 2016, at the Venetian Care and Rehabilitation, South Amboy. Betty grew up in Jersey City and before moving to Laurence Harbor in 1962. Betty's greatest passions were caring for her family and cooking. She also enjoyed bingo, crossword puzzles; and Atlantic City. Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gene Olszewski; her brother, Angelo Luzzi; her sister, Carmella Marchiano; and a daughter-in-law, Alice Olszewski. She is survived by her loving children, Gene Olszewski, Robert Olszewski and his wife Shirley, Lynn Dafcik and her husband Joseph, Susan Beacher and her husband Farrel, Betty Gene Smith and her husband Robert and Elaine Bastedo and her husband Mike; 14 cherished grandchildren; and five precious great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. Hedy A. Potts AGE: 72 • Keyport Hedy A. Potts, Age 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, May 26. She is survived by her son Frank Jiosne, daughter Susan Stavovy, granddaughter, Mellisa Mazzeo. Brothers John Potts and wife Virginia, Joseph Potts and wife Carol, Len Potts and wife Millie, Edward Potts and wife Toosje, James Potts and wife Marlene. Also sisters, MaryLou Terwilliger, Diane Potts and Gladys Tarantino and husband Jack along with many loving nieces and nephews. Hedy was loved and will be missed by many. According to her wishes services will be private. In her memory donations to be made to Hospice.

Price Sr., Joseph F. - 80, Howell Township  
Joseph F. Price, Sr. AGE: 80 • Howell Township Joseph F. Price, Sr., 80, of Howell Township passed away peacefully at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick on Sunday, March 29, 2016. Joseph was born, raised, and had lived in Freehold and then moved to Howell in 1988. He was a graduate of Trenton Catholic High School. Joseph completed his education serving his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1956 to 1959. He was employed for 33 years by IBM, Dayton, NJ retiring in 1991 as a coordinator. Joseph then went to work for Tascor until 1994. He was an avid Nascar Fan and enjoyed the races at Wall Stadium. As a sports enthusiast, Joseph was a fan of the Yankees and the Giants and enjoyed going to watch the Blue Claws play. He had a green thumb in the garden and loved his "Cars". Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Loretta Price; two brothers, John and William Price; and a sister, Mary Oliver. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; three children, Darlene Skidmore, Joseph Price, Jr., and Roxanne Price; a stepdaughter, Sandra Seaman; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Sally Price. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with his funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Salamone, Leonardo J. - 90, Brick  
Leonardo J. Salamone AGE: 90 • Brick Leonardo J. Salamone, age 90 of Brick, NJ passed away on May 29, 2016 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. He was born in New York City to Peter and Josephine Salamone on February 4, 1926. He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. He raised his family in Old Bridge, NJ and lived in Leisure Village East in Lakewood, where he was very active in the community. He moved to Brick 2 years ago, where he was lovingly cared for by his son and daughter-in-law Pete and Kristine Salamone. Leonardo was a forklift operator for many years working for Sunshine Biscuits in Parlin, NJ. He was a member of the American Legion, Posts 166 & 177 and the Italian American Club. He was a loving husband, father and doting grandfather. Leonardo was preceded in death by his beloved wife Frieda Salamone of 46 years married, and by his nephew Peter Jon Salamone. He is survived by his children Josephine Salamone and her wife Laura, Teresa Falvey and her husband Fran, and Peter Salamone and his wife Kristine; by his five grandchildren Frank, Erica and Peter Falvey, Peter and Patrick Salamone. Also surviving is his brother Peter Salamone, and niece/Goddaughter Marisa Salamone-Levy. The family will receive relatives and friends for a viewing on Thursday June 2, 2016 from 9am to 10:30am at Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Rd., Brick, NJ 08723. Mario worked as a Carousel operator at Casino Pier in Seaside Heights for the past 10 years. Born and raised in Italy, he came to the United States 60 years ago to Brooklyn, NY. He then lived in Jersey City and Seaside Heights before moving to Toms River 4 years ago. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Adele Corson Saporito; five sons, Pasquale, Anthony, Thomas Saporito, Jay and Jesse Rossi; daughter Renee Rossi; and 10 cherished grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 9 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. Barbara G. Tice AGE: 77 • Toms River Barbara Gay Youngblood Tice, age 77 of Toms River, passed away peacefully in her sleep May 29, 2016. Born in Blue Mountain, AL, she lived in Colonia for 51 years before moving to Toms River in 2013. She is survived by her husband Donald J. Tice, Betty (Fred) Morro, Donald (Irene) Tice, Saundra (Ray) Suiter, Wendell Tice and Valerie Tice. Her sister Ethelwyn Smith, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who never met a child she didn't love.
