Albert E. Pinhas, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Albert fought hard and after 10 months, died of Pancreatic Cancer. He was 65. Born in the Bronx, NY, he resided in Holmdel for many years before moving to Monmouth Beach 3 years ago. Mr. Pinhas was owner and president of Sullcraft Industries.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Jennifer, and his brother, Lewis. Surviving are his beloved wife of 42 years, Merrie Glasser Pinhas; a son, Ian Jonathan; two daughters, Kimberly and Robyn and her husband Daniel; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer, Alex, Andrew and Joseph; his sister-in-law, Hinda; his nieces, Amy and Lisa and his nephew, Ivan.

Funeral services will be held at 11:45 a.m. Sunday, July 28 at Temple Shalom, 5 Ayrmont Lane, Aberdeen, under the direction of Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick (www.msmc.us). Interment will follow in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714 (www.lustgarten.org). The Lustgarten Foundation raised money for research to cure Pancreatic Cancer.
