Frances H. Kinkle, Longboat Key, FL., formerly of Red Bank, NJ., passed away Dec. 19, 2013 at the Arden Courts, Assisted Living for Alzheimer's, Sarasota, FL.,

Fran was born on March 31, 1934 in Williamsport, PA., to the late Lewis and Mildred (Pisco) Kinkle, and raised in Camden, NJ. She was a proud and enthusiastic graduate of Camden Catholic High School. Fran graduated from Georgian Court College and continued to study for her Master's at Rutgers University. As a teacher Fran was dedicated to the children she taught. They brought her great joy.

She was predeceased by her two brothers; Lewis and Joseph, and her sister, Priscilla Powers. She is survived by her brothers; William of Pennsauken, NJ., Julius of Ft. Myers, FL., sister, Dominica Hubler of Biloxi, MS., her close friend and caregiver, Mary Lou Webster of Longboat Key, FL., and many extended family members and friends.

Private services will be held at a later date. The family request that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Joe Romanowski Culinary Education Fund (JOCEF), Box 471, West Long Branch, NJ 07764, or to the Longboat Island Chapel, 6200 Gulf of Mexico Dr., Longboat Key, FL 34228 in her memory. Mary Lou would like to express gratitude to the staff at Arden Courts of Sarasota for their love, care and dedication to all the residents, especially Fran. Particular appreciation to Cherfine Gustave, caregiver extraordinaire. Special appreciation for the excellent care given to Fran by the TideWell Hospice Team, lead by Susan Onuchovsky.
