Frederick Ens, 88, of Hazlet, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation, Hazlet. Born in Newark, he resided in Robertsville before moving to Hazlet 57 years ago. He worked as a switchman with NJ Bell Telephone, Keyport, for 38 years prior to retiring. He served his country in the Army during WWII
. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be sorely missed.
Frederick was predeceased by her beloved wife, Marion Ens; and his parents, John Rudolph and Florence Marie (Weber) Ens. He is survived by his loving children, Linda Morgan and her husband Robert of Millstone Twp., Joyce Ens of Pt. Pleasant Beach, and Richard Ens of Hazlet; a dear brother, John Ens of Bricktown; cherished grandchildren, Richard, Alicia, Kevin, Kyle, Richard and Lisa; and two precious great-granddaughters, Emma and Ashley.
