John Messeroll of Ocala Florida and New Orleans died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012 in Louisiana. He was born in Milltown and was a long time resident of Allenwood in Wall Twsp, NJ. He was a graduate of Rutgers. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and developed a variety of businesses. He was owner of Community Pride life style magazines, Delta Group and Princeton Consortium. He retired to Florida in 2005, only to later resume work with Homeland Security FEMA during Katrina recovery in Louisiana. He was currently on assignment in Baton Rouge- New Orleans to assist with Isaac Recovery and decided this was his last assignment. Apparently God was in agreement.
Surviving are his wife, Terri Messeroll and five children, John & Bonnie Messeroll, Jim Messeroll & Karen Jarvie, Merrie & Mike Chasan, Jeff Messeroll & Sandi Mangino, Kerrin & Don Ancrum, and loving grandchildren, Nicole, Kelsie, Jack, Alyse, Tagg, Kai, Conor, Erica and Joe. John leaves four sisters and spouses, Kathryn & Joe Eichert, Alexis & Mike Gustick, Maryle Stabile, Joann & Alan Miller, and brother-in-law, Vincent Connolly as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. John is preceded in death by father, John Sr.; mother, Josephine; sister, Patricia Connolly and brother-in-law, Frank Stabile. John is cherished and already deeply missed, yet we rejoice knowing that our dear one is with his Lord and Savior ~ his Heavenly Father.
Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 at St. Denis Church, 90 Union Ave., in Manasquan. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in John's name to Choice One Pro-Life Center at 1764 Brunswick Ave., Lawrenceville, NJ 609-989-1616.
