Joseph Nardelli, 66, of Henderson, NV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at St. Rose Hospital in Henderson, NV. He was born on February 10, 1947 in Newark, and was raised in Hazlet. Joseph graduated from Raritan HS in 1964. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1966 to 1968, and was stationed in Heilbron, Germany. Joe was a lifelong Yankee fan. He enjoyed playing golf and video poker and spending time with his many good friends in NJ, Las Vegas and Hawaii. Joe worked at Addressograph-Multigraph for repair and maintenance of business machines and copiers. He also had jobs in elevator construction, maintenance, and repair. Before retiring to Henderson, NV, Joe worked as a bartender at Monmouth Park Race Track in Oceanport.

He was predeceased by his mother, Alberta (Schwarz) Nardelli, and his brother, William Nardelli. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Linda (Coburn) Nardelli of Henderson, NV; his dear brothers and sister, James Nardelli and his wife Ava of Wall, Robert Nardelli of Clark, Teresa (Nardelli) Venditto and her husband Richard of Wanamassa, and Michael Nardelli of NC, along with his cherished nieces and nephews, Marisa and Anna Nardelli of Wall, Kelly Karol and Michelle Nardelli, Allison Litchkofski and Laurie Mount, and Tracey and Bart Power. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Monday, May 6th from 10AM to 12PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3269 State Rt. 35 N., Hazlet. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Joseph to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center charity, Yankee Universe (www.mskcc.org/pediatrics/yankees-universe) would be greatly appreciated.
