Richard J. Curci, 73, of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, after a long illness. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Marlboro for 20 years before moving to Jackson 12 years ago. He was a former Special Agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Customs Service and retired from Freehold Boro as a Code Enforcement Officer. He was a current member of the Federal Agents PBA Local 121.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Laura Lynch and is survived by his wife of 48 years, the former Bonnie Banks; his children, Kathleen Nolan D'Allassandro, son-in-law Richard; son, Richard Curci, daughter-in-law Lisa; son-in-law, Michael Lynch; and 12 grandchildren.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at St. Monica Church, Jackson. Arrangements are under the direction of Ocean County Cremation Service, Forked River.
