Sal "Sonny" Vispisiano, age 74, of Berkeley Twp., died Sunday, June 23, 2013. Sal was born in New York City. He lived, owned and operated with his wife, Sal & Annie's Deli of South Seaside Park for 23 years. He retired to Holiday City South, Berkeley Twp. 12 years ago. Previously he was employed as a toll collector for the Garden State Parkway, and for most of his life he was employed as a Retail Executive. He was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R. C. Church, Berkeley Twp.

Sal was predeceased by his wife, Annie in 2009. Surviving are his 3 children, Thomas and his wife Kathy of Sicklerville, Anthony and his fiancée Lisa Parlapiano of Toms River and Lisa Foster and her husband Wade of Tabernacle. Also survived by his 4 grandchildren, Michael, Kristina, Samantha and Shayne, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visiting will be held Thursday, June 27 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Friday, June 28 from 9-11 AM at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:30 AM Friday at St. Maximilian Kolbe R. C. Church, Berkeley Twp. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the , PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005.
