Jackie, I am so sorry for your loss. What can I say? I happened to talk to Joan and Sue who told me that Brian died last March. This news makes me realize how much time has passed since we last talked. Know that I am thinking of you. I hope we can share some time together soon.

Mr. Kennedy was a wonderful man. I knew him by his visits to the bank. He always had a smile on his face, and treated everyone around him with respect. My heart goes out to his family.

We met Brian and Maura many years ago in his early political life. He was always a straight shooter. Always new where he stood without insult to anyone. We are sorry we were unable to attend his wake and funeral as we were out of the country. To you Jackie, Paul and the rest of the family, we will remember you and Brian in our prayers. We have been blessed to have known a true patriot. God bless Senator Kennedy. May he rest in peace. Frida & John McLaughlin (now of Middletown, NJ

I can remember as a young man MR Kennedy, Tom, Paul, "Babe" (John) and many of the neighborhood kids playing touch football on the front lawn of the Kennedy home. MR Kennedy calling the plays, always cheering "ARMY"!!! My many fond memories of MR Kennedy will remain with me always. It is my honor to know and call the Kennedy family my friends. You will be missed by many MR Kennedy, rest in peace...

Maura and the Kennedy Family: Sorry for your loss. Always visible at most Monmouth County functions, quiet, polite, and always a smile and hello. Another Republican 'icon' who will be missed.

Brian was always a gentleman and had a smile and a good word for everyone he met. I will always remember him coming into my hardware stores in Belmar with a smile and a friendly greeting to my staff and to the customers. He was kind, thoughtful and cared for people. With utmost respect for a lost friend, I wish Brian and his family peace. He will be missed by all.
