I graduated from High School with Rick. I spoke with him a few years ago and find it hard to believe he's not physically with us anymore. My condolences to his family for he was one of the good ones that should not have been taken from us so young. Rest in peace my friend.

We will truly miss "Uncle Rick". He was like an uncle to us and we felt like part of his family. After all, he did give my kids their first jello shots at LBI! He will always be in our hearts and we consider it a privilege to have known him.

We are deeply saddened by Rick's passing. He was a dear, sweet man who brightened our lives each time we were together. His memory will continue to brighten our lives always.

Rick was interwoven in my (Andrea's) life, connecting on different levels through the years, and my life has been better knowing him and Beth. We can't remember a time when he was not smiling, telling a joke and cheering everyone around him. Not to mention his many Jell-o shot concoctions.

Our heartfelt condolences and love to Beth and all of Rick's family and friends. God bless you all, as He blessed us with Rick.

Rick, you were a helluva guy and you will be greatly missed. I was lucky to know you, bud and I smile whenever I think of you. 40 years ago I walked into your shop and I never wanted to go anywhere else. Headhunters softball, the great after parties, fishing trips, silly jokes, Giants football and on and on and on...You were one of the good ones and my heart and my prayers go out to Beth and your girls. R.I.P. my friend!

So sorry to hear of Rick's passing, My condolences to Ricks family.
Will miss Rick as I have been going to Rick for haircuts when he was the barber there before he bought the business. He also gave my two sons haircuts .
When i return to NJ for the summer I still went to Rick for haircut, conversation and JOKES!
I also lived in the Bronx and pretty close to where Rick lived so we had lots of conversations about our neighborhoods. His jokes were non stop and I loved how he enjoyed telling them and watching to see if you did too.

"Rest in Peace Rick"...,,I'm glad i was your friend.

Rick has been a part of my life for over 50 years. So many memories, Headhunters (We still display the Christmas ornament). So many parties, little beers and an endless supply of jokes. First haircuts for both my boys and some great 4th of Julys. Love you Buddy.

So Sad to loose such a fine person and friend, it was always a pleasure to sit and talk with Rick, you could always have a serious conversation with him on just about any topic or just sit and tell stories and laugh. You will be missed and when Ann and I visit Jersey next time it just won't be the same with you not there. Rest in Peace my friend until we meet again.
