Barbara D'Elia Obituary
AGE: 70 • Marco Island, Fla. and Wall
Barbara D'Elia, 70, of Marco Island and Four Seasons of Wall, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013. Barbara was born in Bronx, NY. Barbara received a BA in Economics from Montclair State University, NJ. She worked for several years for Warner Lambert, NJ in their Human Resource Department. Barbara was a communicant of San Marco Catholic Church, Marco Island, FL. Barbara and Joe raised their family in West Caldwell, NJ.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Joseph A. D'Elia of Marco Island, FL; a son, Joseph D'Elia Jr. of Linden; a daughter, Meredith Marabeti of Wall; a sister, Marybeth Knight of Ohio; two brothers, Richard Knight of East Rutherford, and Jack Knight of Maine. Barbara is also survived by two cherished grandchildren, Brianna and Nicholas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan. There will be two memorial services for Barbara and all are invited to attend. The first will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at San Marco Catholic Church, Marco Island, FL. The second will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, Sea Girt, NJ. To send condolences to the family, please visit www.orenderfamilyhome.com.
