Erin Marie Phillips

AGE: 22 • Browns Mills

Erin Marie Phillips, 22, of Browns Mills, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012. Born in Toms River, she was a former resident of Toms River and Bricktown before moving to Browns Mills 8 years ago. Erin was a 2009 graduate of Pemberton High School and was a member of its soccer team. Erin was a member of the Browns Mills Volunteer Fire Company Station#1, a fire police officer and a member of the Brick Twp Soccer Club. One of her fondest soccer memories was playing in a charity event against the radio personalities of New Jersey 101.5. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, fiancé, sister, granddaughter, friend and firefighter.

Erin is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Kristi VanBramer; her father, Ronald Phillips Jr.; her 5 month old son, Hunter James Gemignani; her fiancé, T.J. Gemignani; her brothers and sisters, Jeffrey Byers, Andrew Phillips, Emily VanBramer, William VanBramer and Ronald Phillips III; her maternal grandmother, Jeanette Garretson; her paternal grandparents, Dennis and Linda Sanders; her aunts and uncles, Tina and Daniel VanBramer, Jean Boyle, Donnie Garretson and Benton Edmons; and numerous cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 until the memorial service at 11 a.m. at the Browns Mills Volunteer Fire Company, 15 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Erin's memory to the Browns Mills Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 46, Browns Mills, NJ 08015. Please make checks payable to "Hunter's Trust Fund." Arrangements are under the direction of the Moore Funeral Home, Browns Mills.
