Evelyn Taylor, 90, of Long Branch passed away Monday November 7th at home.
Evelyn was born in Red Bank and moved to Long Branch in 1950. She graduated Red Bank Regional High School in 1944. Evelyn was a member of the First Reformed Church, Long Branch, where she taught Sunday school, was a member of the Dutch Armettes and served as a church elder.
Evelyn was predeceased by her parents Leola Cuje & Charles Adams, her husband Edgar Webb Taylor in 1998, her son William E. Taylor in 2002, and her siblings Garfield, Helen, Raymond & Robert.
Surviving are her children Raymond E. Taylor & his wife Barbara, Tuckerton, Lawrence E. Taylor & his wife Annette, Rumson, Karen Edson & her husband Paul, Long Branch, Susan Taylor-Cadmus & her husband James, Malvern, PA, Deborah Taylor-Greenley & her husband Ric, Freehold; Lois Stout & her husband Richard, Redbank; her brothers George, Walter & James Cuje; her sister Marjorie Citarella; her sister-in-law Helen Phillips; her grandchildren Eric Taylor, April Gray, Kyle & Pamela Taylor, Drew & Meghan Edson, Aimee & Herb Staly and Anais Greenley; her great grandchildren Robert, Charlotte, Colton, Peter, Sawyer and Gray Ava; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Thursday November 10th 3:00 - 7:00 pm at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Funeral service Friday, November 11th 11:30 at the funeral home.
