Joan Bevilacqua Obituary
AGE: 77 • Iselin
Joan K. Bevilacqua, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2012 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison surrounded by her loving family at the age of 77. Mrs. Bevilacqua was born in Harrison, NJ, resided in Newark before moving to Iselin 46 years ago. She was a customer service representative for Elizabethtown Gas Company in Union retiring in 1996. Prior to that she was a reservation specialist for Eastern Airlines retiring in 1988. She was a parishioner of St. Cecelia's Church, Iselin. She was the secretary of the Iselin Senior Citizen Club, a member of Eastern Airlines and Elizabethtown Gas retiree assoc. A volunteer with State AARP and Woodbridge Office of Aging.
Joan is predeceased by her husband, Joseph in 1987. Surviving is her son, Joseph and his wife Lorie of Napanock, NY and her daughter, Caryn Bevilacqua of Iselin.
A service will be held on Friday at 10:00AM at the Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Followed by a 11:00AM Mass at St. Cecelia's RC Church, Iselin. If you are following in this procession please obey all traffic laws. Visitation Thursday, 2- 4 & 7- 9 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. Donations in her loving memory can be made to: American Heart Assoc. Condolences to the family may be sent to [email protected].

Hello,
I would like to introduce myself to you, my name is Patti Flynn Bopf.
I am one of many people who had the honor and privlege to work with
your mother at Eastern Airlines in Woodbridge. My husband and I now leave in Orlando, Florida. My sister lives in Oceanport and she emailed me your mother's article this afternoon and asked if I knew her. My feelings are with you and your family. Heaven will never be the same with Joan there.
