Kevin Gibson, age 55, of Bayville, passed away on Wednesday December 5, 2012. Mr. Gibson was born in Newark and was formerly of Bradley Beach before moving to Bayville. He was the president of Berkeley Basketball Association for over 15 years.
Mr. Gibson is survived by his wife of 26 years Melony "Boom", five children Kevin Gibson Jr., Brittany Gibson, Kelly and her husband Michael Trogani, Kimberly Gibson and Kristen and her husband Christopher Marcell, three grandchildren Mayson, Lilliana, and Michentza, his siblings Barbara Donovan, Kenneth Gibson, and Kathleen McLaughlin, Brother-in-law Jamie Hans and his Mother-in-law Margaret Hans, He is also survived by his Loving companion Kobe.
Viewing will be held on Sunday December 9, 2012 from 1 until 4pm at the Riggs Funeral Home 130 North Route 9, Forked River. In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 370 7th Avenue, Suite 1802, New York, New York 10001 in Mr. Gibson's Memory.
