MARJORIE ELAINE ALBERS-IANNELLI
AGE: 83 SEA GIRT
Marjorie Elaine Albers-Iannelli, 83, of Sea Girt, died Monday, Nov. 24, at Care One Center, Wall. Born in East Orange, she lived in East Orange and Manasquan before moving to Sea Girt 16 years ago. Mrs. Albers-Iannelli was a graduate of Clifford J. Scott High School, East Orange and a member of the Scotties Sorority. She worked as a model for John Robert Powers Modeling Agency in Manhattan and then for Bell Laboratories Intellegence Unit during World War II. She was an amazing cook and baker. She loved the beach and gardening and was a gifted seamstress.
Mrs. Albers-Iannelli is survived by two sons, Ernest Gsell and his wife Lorraine of Livingston, and Bruce Gsell and his wife Dr. Adriane Gullotta-Gsell of Rumson; three daughters, Gaye Madigan and her husband Thomas, Lisa Iannelli and Joyce Iannelli, all of Sea Girt; six grandchildren, Christopher, Susan, David, Kevin, Jennifer, and Kristin; and four great-grandchildren, William, Colton, Kate, and Dylan.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Neary Quinn Funeral Home, 39 South St., Manasquan. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Margaret's Church, Spring Lake. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Wall.
