MICHAEL L. LARRISON
AGE: 55 SOUTH AMBOY
Michael L. Larrison, 55, of South Amboy, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, at St. Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Newark, he had resided in Carteret before moving to South Amboy 19 years ago. Before his retirement in 2000, he was employed as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator for Mountaineer Construction in Old Bridge, where he worked for 15 years.
Surviving are his wife, the former Colleen Dorrian; his parents, William and Phyllis Larrison of Bradenton, Fla.; his sisters and their spouses, Maureen and Jerry Vitanzo of Dallas, Ga., Melanie and Jerry Siracusa of Carteret, and Margaret Larrison of Tinton Falls; his niece, Jennifer Keller; and his nephew, Ryan Keller, both of Tinton Falls.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23 until the funeral services at 7:30 p.m. at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Michael's name be made to the St. Peters University Hospital Foundation, 254 Easton Ave., New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
