Ronald William Gregory, 71, of Jackson Twp., passed away on Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson. Born in Elizabeth, he relocated to Jackson Twp., 14 years ago. Mr. Gregory was employed as a Documentation Manager for Sealand, Elizabeth. Ronald proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, receiving the Good Conduct Medal and the Marksman Badge. He was a member of the Jackson Senior Club.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Kendig) Gregory; his son, William Gregory and his wife Kirstin of SC; his daughter, Katherine Gregory of SC; his step-son, Bryon Bonser and his wife Michele of PA; his step-daughters, Bonnie Bonser of NJ, Lori Bonser and Patricia of NJ, and Barbara Daoust and her husband Michael of NJ; his brothers, Thomas Gregory, Kenneth Gregory, Dennis Gregory, and Richard Gregory, all of NJ; his sisters, Frances Clark of PA, Rita Gliet of NJ, and Mariann Appel of NC; his grandchildren, Christian, Brianna, Arianna, Adam, Brayleigh, and Jake; his mother-in-law, Jane E. Kendig; his brother-in-law, Rodney L. Kendig and his wife Paula; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, 980 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson. A Funeral Gathering will be offered at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at the funeral home followed by his funeral service at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors will follow in the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Arneytown. Donations in Ronald's memory may be made to the
