Mary DePalma

AGE: 86 • Tinton Falls

Mary DePalma, 86, of Tinton Falls, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 31, 2014 at Bayshore Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Holmdel. Mary was born on July 10, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY and lived most of her life in Holmdel. She attended and graduated Keyport High School. She was a member of the Holy Family Senior Club and retired from the Hazlet Township Board of Education. Mary was presently residing in Tinton Falls.

She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Philomena (Muccio) DePalma and her brothers, Frank and Michael DePalma. Mary is survived by her dear sisters and brothers, Carolina Juettner of Tinton Falls, Patrick DePalma and his wife Rosemarie of Hazlet, Phillip DePalma of Cliffwood, Lucy Rossi and her husband Hendrick of Hazlet, Rosemarie Prendergast and her husband James of Keyport, Virginia DePalma of Tinton Falls, Theresa Setowsky and her husband Max of Holmdel, Andrew DePalma of Tinton Falls, and Diana Wesley and her husband John of Jackson, along with many cherished nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, February 3, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday morning, February 4, 2014 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3269 State Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday morning, February 4, at St. Benedict Catholic Church Holmdel, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
