Bill worked on bridges, dams, nuclear power plants and water treatment plants all over the United States. He was also an innovator in the construction business, coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things. He was respected by his peers and had a strong work ethic. He was also a history buff, loved to sing and recite poetry. He was highly intelligent and had a phenomenal memory. He could remember every little detail about every little thing.
The whole family would like to thank Hospice of San Angelo and all of the physicians that treated him at Shannon Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of San Angelo or Knickerbocker Community Church.
