Joseph H. Jasinkiewicz, 84, of Manchester, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014. Born in Jersey City, Joe has lived in Kendall Park before moving to Manchester 36 years ago. He graduated Dickensen High School in 1947 and then served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Joe worked for Burroughs on the Air Force Niki stations throughout the U.S. and then as a computer analyst for GTE/ADP for many years. He loved gardening and traveling throughout the country and overseas.
Joe was predeceased by his brothers, Frank, Constantine, John, Victor, Richard and sisters, Harriet Padjucis, Theresa J., Mary Foote, and Regina J. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Joan Jasinkiewicz; his stepchildren, Sammi Hopkins, Madeline Hopkins Barrett and Mark Robert McGlumphy; his brother, Charles of Perth Amboy and sister, Jean White of CA; his granddaughters, Holly Stokes, Tracey Widdis, Donatella Golderese and his great-granddaughters, Madison and Olivia Dyas and Kaylee Widdis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Joe and Joan's home, 2581 Woodland Road, Manchester, NJ 08759.
