AGE: 83 • Elberon

Barbara O'Hagan, 83 of Elberon, passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 9, 2014. Born in Newark, Barbara was raised in N. Arlington. She spent her summers at the Jersey Shore where she met the love of her life William J. O'Hagan, Jr., who predeceased her in February 2009 after 58 years of marriage. Barbara and Bill settled in Elberon in 1963. She was a devoted homemaker and mother to her children. Her home was the focal point of many holiday gatherings and celebrations, where her love of flowers were always displayed; whether it be on the beautiful tables she set or outside in the gardens. These gatherings were enjoyed not only by her immediate family but by her extended family and friends as well. She leaves us with the gift of memories filled with unconditional love and joy.
