Dona Rae Timoney

AGE: 51 • Beachwood

Dona Rae (nee Mistichelli) Timoney, 51, of Beachwood, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at St. Barnabas Medical center in Livingston. Born in Millville, she lived in Pine Beach before moving to Beachwood over 20 years ago. She was employed as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service of Pine Beach for over 25 years. She was a devoted daughter, mother and sister who will be missed dearly by her family.

She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy (Backhaus) Mistichelli. Surviving are her father, Gabriel Mistichelli of Whiting; her daughter, Amanda Timoney of Beachwood, Jerremy Elmore of Toms River; and her brother, Daniel Mistichelli of Rutledge, PA. Also surviving are her best companions, Lilly her dog, Cooper and Lola her cats and grand kitty, Dobby.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 16, with a funeral service beginning at 8 p.m. at "The Family Owned" Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River. Cremation will be private. Condolences can be sent to carmonabolenfh.com.
